Some of the greatest ecological diversity and scenic beauty in Utah exists in the forest and alpine enviornments. This module consists of an online portion as well as 24 hours of in-person instruction, 80-90 percent of which is in the field. Due to the nature of the Mountains class, we will be walking and hiking over some uneven terrain at relatively high altitudes.
